      I absolutely used to have this internal debate within myself all the time… worrying about losing the effectiveness of my protein if I took it at the wrong time! I did a deep dive into the science a few years back and found out that the is research that suggests taking it 20 minutes past your workout is the best time for muscle-building synthesis.

      However, now I think that people think it matters too much in terms of what time you take it. I think the most helpful thing is to have a good habit in hitting your daily protein goal 🙂
