I grew up as the oldest of seven kids in a household of nine. As you can probably imagine, my parents might have over-encumbered themselves with children 🙂
Health and fitness were never subjects that were brought up and talked about during my upbringing… and this persisted through my teens and into my early adulthood. Now while I wasn’t gorging myself with pizzas and ice cream, nor did I look like Jabba the Hutt, I definitely found myself in a situation in which my health did not optimize me to succeed in the aspects of my life I needed to.
Whether it was work success, relationship success, or being able to pursue my hobbies in the best way. I realized that your image is extremely important to how your are perceived by others. Having the discipline to stay consistent with a healthy diet and workout routine is something that has completely transformed my life.
Lifting weights, doing various forms of cardio exercise, and eating healthy have led me to lose 25 pounds of flab. Coupled with this, I have also gained a tremendous amount of mental clarity and confidence that have been such huge factors for me and my wellbeing.
The prioritization of my health and wellness has led to an overall quality-of-life increase in every category. Because of this, I have been empowered to start Vibing Vitality, the ultimate health and wellness resource for people who want to maintain an elevated state of wellbeing.
